Jay brings nearly 50 years of experience in the petrochemical and LNG industries. Jay has extensive experience and expertise in facility operations, project execution, with a specialization in LNG and petrochemical technology, facility operations, and the delivery of petrochemical and LNG projects with successful outcomes. Jay has nearly thirty years of LNG project execution experience, including numerous Owner clients: ExxonMobil, BP, BG Group, Shell, Trunkline LNG, Sonatrach, Petronas, Santos, ConocoPhillips, Chevron, Total, Eni, Sonangol, Union Fenosa, and Berkshire Hathaway Energy. Jay has also worked with leading EPC contractors such as KBR, Technip, JGC, Snamprogetti, Mustang, Wood, Bechtel, Tecnicas Reunidas, and Kiewit.

Jay’s LNG portfolio includes nineteen LNG liquefaction projects covering approximately forty LNG liquefaction trains in the USA, Algeria, Australia, Angola, Egypt, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Trinidad, as well as five regasification/import terminals in the USA and UK.
